                                        Becky Ann Crowe

 

Becky is a two-year graduate of the Institute of Paralegal Arts & Sciences and the Institute of Children’s Literature.  Recently she completed the course Beginning Television Writing at the Writers University under William Rabkin and Lee Goldberg.   She has been a researcher for over thirteen years in the following areas:  the supernatural, the paranormal, astral projection, archeology, ancient religions, ancient texts, mythology, and the Universal Mysteries.  

She has published poetic works included in the following anthologies:  America at the Millennium and Eternal Portrait Series, in addition to Astral Projection 101- a school course on astral projection, with tests and exercises, used at the Institute of Psychic & Paranormal Research.  In October of 2004, she attended the weeklong Algonkian’s Seven Mountain Writer’s Workshop where she gained valuable information into the publishing world.  In 2007 she completed film school through the Hollywood Institute under Dov S-S Simens.

Her latest works include an action crime drama -- Chronic 420 (A Semi-finalist in the FADE IN screenplay contest.)  A Drama screenplay - Motor City Skulls (A Semi-finalist in the FADE IN screenplay contest.) A  supernatural horror-- The Legend of the Lilutu and a commercial fiction novel/screenplay fantasy project- Snow Moon’s Magick

In March of 2005, the PAGE International Screenwriting Awards critiqued the screenplay with comments such as: “Imaginative & Visual,” and “High concept with strong theme coupled with creative and fascinating ideas.” In 2006 Gordy Hoffman from the Blue Cat Screenplay contest commented, "This is probably the most fun I've ever had reading a script.  The lush surreal images really capture a unique world that an audience truly deserves to see.  The background of the world is so rich and the incorporation of real world myth is fantastic."  Chronic 420 and Snow Moon's Magick  made the quarterfinals of the Page International Screenwriting Awards and Snow Moon's Magick went on to make the quarterfinals of the 13th Annual Writer's Network Screenplay & Fiction Competition.  

Becky lives in Michigan where she enjoys nature at its finest.  Believing in the importance of giving to others, she has many charities she contributes to and has organized motorcycle runs for aid in her region.  Her hobbies include photography, traveling via the Harley-Davidson, NASCAR,  and nature.
