THE IMPORTANCE OF CHARITIES Everyone has heard the saying, "It is better to give than to receive." In spiritual and karmic terms, this is very true. When we give to others, whether it be money, time, possessions, or just kindness, it all comes back to us. Think of it as a karmic bank account that adds up during our lifetime. We may not see it at the time, but eventually everything catches up with us. When giving to charities, it is best to check to make sure it is a legitimate charity. Unfortunately, many fraudulent people have caused havoc with the many givers out there who get scammed every year. I suggest start with one that is reliable and go from there. A great way to give time is through homeless shelters during holidays, volunteer at a local school or volunteer at senior citizen communities. Please see the Film page for the results of our Motorcycle Benefit Runs. Below are the charities that I'm involved with.
St. Joseph's Indian School
The Special Olympics Organization
Paralyzed Veterans of America
The National Arbor Day Foundation
The American Diabetes Association
The Defenders of Wildlife
The Veterans of Foreign Wars
